AAC DOES NOT WARRANT, EITHER EXPRESSLY OR IMPLIEDLY, THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ANY CUSTOMER SHALL BE FREE FROM INTERCEPTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, AND DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REFUND POLICY

Fees must be paid prior to attending any AAC event. No post-event invoicing is permitted.  Refunds will only be provided for written requests received by AAC more than 10 working days prior to the first day of an AAC event, minus a $50 administration fee. If the event fee is less than $50, the event fee will be non-refundable.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AS PARTIAL CONSIDERATION FOR ACCESSING THIS WEB SITE, YOU AGREE THAT: (i) IN NO EVENT WHATSOEVER WILL AAC, OR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THIS WEB SITE OR ANY SITE LINKED TO OUR WEB SITE, BE LIABLE TO YOU IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DECISION MADE, ACTION, OR NON-ACTION TAKEN BY YOU IN RELIANCE ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THIS WEB SITE; AND (ii) THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF AAC ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE FEES OR DUES YOU PAID FOR ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS BOUGHT THROUGH THIS WEB SITE REGARDLESS OF YOUR FORM OF ACTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE, MALPRACTICE, AND/OR FRAUD; AND (iii) NEITHER AAC, NOR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS WEB SITE. This Web site is controlled and operated by AAC from Ontario, Canada and these terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada without reference to principles of conflict of laws. You agree to be bound by such laws and to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario in connection with the interpretation or application of these terms. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, you agree that the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any applicable law to the contrary, you cannot file a claim or cause of action arising out of or related to www.auditingcanada.com or these Terms and Conditions more than one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose.
