The Auditing Association of Canada (AAC) Board of Directors is calling a Special Meeting of the membership to address and vote on two bylaw resolutions.  The two bylaws being addressed at this meeting which are the subjects of the two resolutions are available for review on the AAC website in the members' only section under "Documents".

The meeting will take place via a teleconference call on Wednesday May 16, 2012 at 1:00 pm EST.  For more information, please contact Don Fraser.
